And the story begins...

The process begins with an initial consultation, either in person or by phone where we will gather information about you and your big event. Any ideas or details you already have will be very helpful in the creative process. We like to take into consideration the tiniest of details and would love to carry your theme through to additional items like save the dates, reply cards, programs, menus, seating cards, and thank you's.

A Beautiful Proof

After our initial meeting we will send you a quote for the project. Once you have given your okay on the quote and decided you want to work exclusively with us, we will design your invitation proofs. An electronic file will then be sent to you for review and any necessary revisions will be made. After you are completely satisfied with your design, a final PDF of the design will be emailed to you for your approval. At this point, ink & ivory will send you a contract and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit, the rest will be due upon shipment of the finished product.

And they're off to Production

Once we have received your approval of the final design and your deposit and signed contract, your invitation is ready for production. This phase can take up to three weeks before you receive the final product.

Time is of the Essence

Announcement or shower invitations should be ordered three or more weeks before you wish to send them to guests. You should allow eight to ten weeks for wedding invitation process from start to finish to be on the safe side. See our timeline mailing out announcements below.
